Do I need an appointment to come in?

Our 58 Spruce Avenue Lifestyle Store is open to the public Monday-Saturday, from 10.00am – 5.30pm (excluding Public Holidays) and you are always welcome to pop in. Our friendly and knowledgeable team are on hand to advise and guide and we have an extensive range of products in our retail store (online is just a fraction of what we have available) including paint, cushions,  lighting, lampshades, bedding and some ready to go furniture options, such as headboards, footstools, chairs, occasional tables, consoles etc, and we can also order certain floor model furniture for you.  Typical lead times are in the region of 8 – 12 weeks but this can vary hugely depending on the item and the time of year.  While our team are always happy to help, a 1-to-1 exclusive service cannot be guaranteed as this depends on how busy the shop is.

If you wish to have a dedicated 1-1 meeting and/or browse all our Helen Turkington fabric collection, then you must make an appointment with one of our fabric room team who can assist with finishing off a scheme or designing a bespoke piece such as a headboard, footstool, chair, sofa etc.  Email  consultations@helenturkington.com to avail of a complimentary exclusive 30 minute session (late or overrun meetings may be declined and/or incur a fee) in our fabric room which has one of the most extensive fabric libraries in the country.  One of our team members will be in touch to discuss your needs and will then confirm a time and day that suits you best to come in.

Orders, Deliveries & Returns

  • How long will it take to process my order?
    All orders are dispatched from our South Dublin Warehouse. We will endeavour to process your order within 10 working days.
  • Which shipping carriers do you use?
    We use DPD for Standard Delivery in the Republic of Ireland and UK. For larger items and/or furniture, our HT Delivery Service delivers locally within the Dublin area and we use a third party for national deliveries.
  • How do you calculate your shipping charges?
  • Our standard rates are printed on the table above, however it is not always possible to quote standard delivery charges for every item/country because it can be complex due to the variety of our products. Please contact online@helenturkington.com for an individual quotation if you have any queries.

 

International Orders

  • Will my parcel be charged custom and import charges?
    If you are outside the EU n most cases, yes.  Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.Helen Turkington Home is not responsible for these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
