DESIGNER DÉCOR CALL OUT

This service involves a one hour call out to the property, followed up within two to four weeks with a one hour consult in studio. This offering would typically be suitable to cover décor for a maximum of two rooms in your home (if more spaces are required or additional work is needed we can quote a bespoke rate if we have capacity).

The first meeting involves calling out to your home to get to know you, your space and your needs. It can be hugely helpful for your designer to stand in a space and note aspect, light, architecture etc. We also take rough measurements so that we can prepare general quotations for you.

Following this initial visit, we will arrange a meeting with you in our design studio. Your designer will review paints, fabric selections, lighting, wallpaper, panelling, product selection etc. as required, and provide you with a lookbook and samples (please note we do not provide or review technical drawings). The focus of this second meeting will depend on what we feel was identified as a priority after the initial meeting.

Minor revisions made within four weeks of the final meeting will be included – significant or late revisions or final project styling are not included and will be quoted for separately if required/capacity exists.

NB: this service does NOT include any renovation related design such as kitchen or bathroom design, sanitary ware, tiles, wardrobes etc – that would fall under a renovation project (see below).

From €500 Based on one meeting on site within 8km of store and one in-studio meeting, not to exceed one hour each and to take place within a maximum of four weeks of each other – design fees must be paid in advance and are non-redeemable or refundable.

For renovation projects we charge from €450* an hour for our senior designer led advice. As experts in the field, we will estimate from past projects the scope/duration and cost of the interior design services required and quote for a monthly fee to help you budget/spread the cost.  This estimate will be periodically reviewed and adjusted if necessary.

We will provide lookbooks, samples and full interior décor package suggestions.

Please note we do NOT offer a project management service or provide/review technical drawings however we are happy to work with architects, contractors and suppliers to share insight for design intent purposes only to help ensure a more functional and cohesive design finish throughout, but you must always seek relevant expert advice. We suggest you contact us as soon as you have appointed an architect or contractor.
