CLICK & COLLECT

Items are usually shipped from our Warehouse in Dublin within 3 working days (usually Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays) from date of order. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. We reserve the right to split items from an individual order into multiple dispatches if necessary. You will receive tracking numbers for each package.

Current standard delivery costs and delivery times are as follows (guideline only). Shipping will be calculated at checkout or if you have any issues or queries please email online@helenturkington.com for a quote. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order – see our terms and conditions for more details.

*Terms and conditions apply.  If items are too bulky, heavy or fragile, we reserve the right to exclude from free delivery offer/impose additional delivery charges or restrict to instore collection only.NB: Delivery does not include installation or assembly or removal of any existing furniture – these services can usually be arranged at an additional fee, please contact online@helenturkington.com for additional information. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Within the EU you will be charged at ROI VAT or local VAT as appears on your invoice. If you are shopping from outside of the EU, you may be liable for country of importation charges such as duty, import taxes and custom clearance fees (at the time of writing customers in the UK can shop up to £135 without incurring same). We have no control over these charges and we/our courier partners have no way of knowing what they might be. Any such costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before the courier service can deliver – items returned to us for this or any other reason than an issue that is our responsibility such as a product fault or incorrect order will not be eligible for refund of delivery costs. Additionally, please note that when ordering from our site, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and who it is shared with. Our international customers should be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.  All customers should note that your personal data will be shared with Shipmate and our delivery personnel and courier partners for the purpose of executing our contract with you – this may involve transferring your data outside of the EEA where necessary.

IF YOU CHOOSE CLICK AND COLLECT

You will be notified by email as soon as your order is ready for collection.  Please note, our warehouse fulfils orders offsite so please wait to receive your order ready for collection notification before attempting to collect at store or you may be disappointed.

All notified click and collect orders will be made available for collection from our Stillorgan store at the address below:

Typically Monday – Friday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm (closed Public Holidays)

Please note, orders MUST be collected within 21 days of notification or may be moved offsite and we accept no liability for any loss, damage or inconvenience incurred.  Uncollected items may incur storage fees (currently at €20 pw each) and be considered discarded after 6 months and disposed/donated without further notice.

When collecting, for health, safety and insurance reasons our colleagues cannot assist with transporting heavy items to your vehicle so please factor this into your arrangements.

By choosing to collect, you or the person collecting for you accept responsibility for the items you are collecting and are obliged to open and check the item before leaving the store as we do not accept liability for items not delivered and opened by us.

You will be notified when an individual item is ready – not all items on one order may be ready simultaneously and it is not always possible to hold all items until an order is fully complete.  If you have any queries, please contact us directly at online@helenturkington.com.

FAQ’s

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

Yes you can, but it must be for the entire order – we cannot facilitate split shipping from the same order.  This choice is popular for gifting reasons and for the same reason you can chose click and collect as an option from overseas also as you might want to purchase a gift for someone locally to collect.  If you require a gift receipt for an item or have a special request, please contact online@helenturkington.com.

Why can I not selection shipment to certain regions?

Because of the nature of the goods that we ship which can be bulky, weighty or fragile, the shipping rules can be very complicated, however we are happy to quote you on an individual basis if you would like to email us at online@helenturkington.com.
